You always own your domain name!  Many web designers will hold it hostage if you ask to move your domain or your website but we would never do something like that!

You have two options when start your website with us.

1)  Register your domain before you order and let us know so we can tell you where you need to point your name servers. (This is the technical way).

2)  You can let us register it for you in our name and manage all of the technical end of things for you including the cost of the domain if you elect to continue with our affordable maintenance package.

If you ever want to move your domain, we'll be happy to help you transfer it to whatever domain registrar you wish!

Absolutely not!  While many web designers will force you to host with them, we can also create a website for you on your own hosting account!

We just ask that you let us know what hosting company you are considering before buying it so that we can check it out and make sure it's compatible with all of our cool technology we'll be using on your website.

Of course we recommend our cheap and easy service that let's us maintain all of that for you but you're under no obligation to go with that option.

Full payment up front is required before any work commences, no exceptions.  Many new designers will offer to do the job for 50% down and 50% upon completion but I have so much repeat business that I just don't need, nor do I desire to take jobs on credit.

Because of the nature of web design and web development, we can't get our time back after starting your project so we just can't offer refunds.  The good news is that we do have a guarantee that you can see in the question below!

Absolutely!  We are 100% committed to making sure that you're happy with your project.  We want to create a web presence for you that attracts new business and makes you proud to show to people.

Because of this, we will re-work your design up to 3 times in the first 45 days of your protect to make sure that you're happy with it.  This allows you to see your site and make sure that it's just what you're hoping for!

While not included, we can always do updates to your website for an incredibly affordable rate.  We can also get your updates done very quickly.

Most web designers charge an arm and a leg for an update which can mean hundreds of dollars.  We can usually do medium sized updates for anywhere from $25-$50 depending on what you need done.  Small updates can usually be done for $15.  Just contact us for a quote with your update specifications.
